Why does the product image look different from what I received?

We make every effort to ensure that the product images on our website are accurate. However, actual colours and packaging may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.

Delivery Questions

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Approx. 3 to 4 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.

What payment methods does Sabuh offer?

We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Easy Paisa
• Jazz Cash

What are your delivery charges?

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if the status is ‘PENDING’ in your account under ‘My Orders’.
Please note: Once the order is Confirmed, Shipped, or Delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request an address change by contacting us on WhatsApp 03126272284. Changes may impact delivery time, and additional charges may apply.

How will I know the status of my order?

You can track your order in your account under ‘My Orders’. We will also update you via email and SMS at each stage.
